Join Our Winter Service Team
We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our winter service crew responsible for snow removal and salting in a large residential area in Copenhagen South.
This is an on-call position, meaning work is activated based on weather conditions. When snowfall or icy conditions occur, you must be able to report to work within 45 minutes of being called.
Your Responsibilities
Snow removal from roads, paths, and common areas
Salting and de-icing of walkways and access routes
Operating winter maintenance equipment and machinery (training provided if needed)
Ensuring the area remains safe and accessible for residents
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
What We Are Looking For
Dependable and punctual individuals
Ability to respond quickly and meet on-site within 45 minutes
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
Valid driving licence is an advantage
Experience with snow removal, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or machinery operation is a plus, but not required

Starting salary of DKK 180 per hour
